Present The 10th Annual Great American Jeep Rally
Jeep enthusiasts have been traveling from all over the northeast to show their appreciation for Jeeps of all kinds, military, antique, new and old, stock to heavily modified. We offer hourly raffles and trophy awards for street, beater, military, antique, off-road, and others. In addition, attendees may test their Jeeps articulation on one of the RTI Ramps and play in the Rock Garden just to name a few of the events the entire family will enjoy throughout the day. Food vendors, vendors selling Jeep ware and local organized wheeling clubs.
The mission of the Rally is to raise money for charity and continue its efforts in supporting the Northeast Association of 4 Wheel Drive Clubs (NEA4WDC).
The NEA4WDC was established in 2001 and currently has twenty-two member clubs with a combined membership of over 3,000. Its mission is to protect and promote environmentally responsible Off-Highway Vehicle recreation, while maintaining a harmonious relationship between OHV enthusiasts and landowners. To support and educate Local, State and National agencies in the preservation of OHV recreation.
The member clubs in the NEA4WDC have been enjoying Off-Highway Vehicle Recreation on permission granted land over the last several years. These clubs and others like them have removed tons of illegally dumped garbage from our natural areas. Our members practice the principles of Tread Lightly®, respect private property and always leave with more than we go in with.
Please join us on Sunday, September 25that the Four Town Fairgrounds, located in Somers, CT from 9AM to 4PM. For more information, please contact us.
“Helping Hands: Monkey Helpers for the Disabled, is a national nonprofit serving quadriplegic and other people with severe spinal cord injuries or mobility-impairments by providing highly trained monkeys to assist with daily activities.
They raise and train these monkeys to act as live-in companions who, over the course of 20-30 years, will provide the gifts of independence, companionship, dignity and hope to the people they help.
Helping Hands also educates thousands of young people annually through the Spinal Cord Injury Prevention Program (SCIPP). SCIPP teaches preventive measures for safety awareness, heightens sensitivity to the challenges of being disabled, and promotes understanding of the human-animal bond.”
To help make this day a grand adventure, you can volunteer to work a couple of hours by contacting us.
Join us for another fun filled day of the best and worst Jeeps from all over the northeast. Parking inside the grounds is limited to Jeeps of all types but all enthusiasts and members of the general public are encouraged to attend and support our mission. You never know what surprises the Rally holds in store for you!
