Let's just say a club wants to bring a bus instead of a booth. A 31x20 pirate ship bus with unfolding sides, a stage, a water cannon and also needs electricity. Um, what might that cost the club? (yeah, I'm serious)

And who will you be shooting with said water canon? Does this bus have a seven slot grill? Sounds cool, I don't think it would be a problem, it would cost just the electricity. Remember as far as electric go's, it's twenty bucks per plug, not outlet. If you had two plugs (one whole outlet) it would be $40. Also, this is a larger than normal club spot, does this boat(bus) promote anything other than the club?

Hi guys I'm working on getting you a picture of the bus. I have a ton but it's appearance changes frequently. Hopefully I'll have a current one for you within a day or so. Where should I send the pics to?
Obviously we would be looking for as much exposure as possible. I don't know if the set up will be the same as last year but if so it would be cool to be around the stage area like last year. I think the Bus would make a good side border. I'm sure we'll have room for a GAJR banner on the booth ur bus too.

Does this just promote JonFund or does it also promote something else?

You can send the pic to schwalby @ hotmail.com. With out seeing it and having a chance to look at where it can be located on the grounds not sure we can give a go ahead on it yet, or at least not a go head with out an additional charge.
Also does the 30x20 spot also account for the unfolding of the sides and room to walk around it? Or do I have to make sure there is additional space for people to walk around? Also how many sides would need the extra space. For example most club booths only have access from the front or one side if they are on the end of a row.

Our bus is used for tailgating at Jimmy Buffett concerts, Pats games, pig roasts, etc. Really it is just a bunch of guys that refuse to grow up. So no I guess the answer is it does not promote anything else. It is well known in Somers, one of the Crew lives there.

I would think that spot would cover the entire thing. Maybe 34'X 22' at the most so we could walk around the rear. If we only open the one side then 20' is plenty... We would most likely just open up the non driver side of the bus and the back and have a table or 2. Still working on pics they are all on my hard drive at home. I'll get something though.

Ah ok, so it is a mobile JonFund club house pretty much? I really need to get an application to join your club.

How does the bus relate to the Rally or Jeeps? You wouldn't be selling anything right?

Just wanted to make sure you wasn't selling hot dogs. Give us a couple days to figure it all out. Problem is if we give you all a big spot then all the other clubs should be entitled to it. Not that anyone else has a short bus. but they could and most likely would like to park a few Jeeps together. Please stand by...
