Well, only a couple days till the Rally so I guess it's safe to say, the weather looks like it's going to be pretty darn nice. The rocks garden will be under construction tonight and tomorrow in preparation for Sundays big show. We will have the most vendors we've ever had including a bunch of new ones. The raffle's are great, including a winch and front winch bumper w/ stinger. Watch for the ladies walking around selling the 50/50 raffle tickets, that could potentially go to $1,000 this year (split between the winner and the charity). The BBFD junior division will have a couple fire trucks for the kids to touch. There will be a helicopter giving rides! A dozen club booths with all kinds of info, membership applications and free stuff.
So, to sum it up,
THE RALLY IS ON!!! Parking area opens at 8:30am, Main area opens at 9am. Have your $10 parking donation (includes Jeep occupants) ready when you pull up to the gate. Exact change gets you all in quicker.
$5. donation for spectators walking in from the spectator parking area. If you have a Jeep you must park with all the other Jeeps or we'll laugh at you.
Friendly, leashed dogs are welcome. They
must be
leashed and controlled or they'll have to leave.
Please drive SLOW (5mph) within the parking area. Do NOT spin tires in the field or you will be escorted out by the CT state police after they take your info for damages.
NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED! If found it will be seized for later consumption after the rally ends by the volunteers.
