So (above) following my own directions from near the NH - Mass line we find an 'on-road' obstacle - a detour at the intersection of Rt. 84 and Rt. 109 in CT!
You can see that a few of us congregated there waiting for some other rigs to arrive.
Then Firefyter, with just a little help from his GPS, lead us around the detour and back on to Rt. 109.
BTW, we all lived happily ever after.
This always happens when ever there are 3 Jeeps together. Guess it saves
on parking spaces.
A special big thanks to Skyline Quarry for the rocks, MTP for getting them there and to Nova Construction for the Bobcat to place them. They told us:
(Maybe we'll have two rock gardens next year, one stocker and one extreme.)
The garden was great for the stockers - for some it was their first time on an obstacle. You should have seen the smiles on their faces.
However, for the built rigs it was a little too easy thus ...
Blindfolded drivers!
As usual, the ramps were a favorite for everyone. This was well managed and the line moved quickly thanks to all the volunteers and Roy, this year's Ramp Nazi.
